Gavilan

Some of you maybe might remember "Pasion de Gavilanes" , a south-american soap opera thet was vert popular the past year (in fact I did this sketch early this year). There was about a ranch, horses and tamers, and love affairs, of course . My favourite was Juan Reyes (Mario Cimarro), even if I think he was a bit dull ... but hey, horsemen are always hot ,and he was a good guy. Here in Spain, this summer, a channel broadcasted some chapters again, so I thought was the time to finish this.
I was not looking for a very realistic style, so I'm happy with how he turned out. On the other side, I'm not very pleased with the horse this time , neither the sparrowkawk ("gavilan" in spanish). I tried a different shading style, but was so difficult, and I hardly can see the difference, so I think was a waste of time .
Well, hope you like it. Favs are apreciated, but also comments!! So please leave a comment if you have the time .

Algunos quiza recordeis "Pasion de Gavilanes" , una telenovela sudamericana que tuvo un gran exito el año pasado (de hecho empece este dibujo a primeros de año). Iba sobre un rancho, caballos domadores, y lios amorosos, desde luego . Mi favorito era Juan Reyes (Mario Cimarro), aunque fuese un poco soso ... pero claro, los hombres a caballo siempre resultan muy atractivos ,y era un buen tipo. En España, este verano repusieron algunos capitulos otra vez, asi que pense que era el momento de acabarlo.
No buscaba un estilo realista, asi que me gusta bastante como salio él. No puedo decir lo mismo del caballo y el gavilan. Probe otra forma de sombrear, pero es muy trabajosa y casi no se nota la diferencia, asi que creo que fue una perdida de tiempo .
En fin, espero que os guste. Aprecio los favs, pero tambien los comentarios !! Asi que por favor, dejad un comentario si teneis un segundo .
